Do you provide a service over the holiday period?

We can provide you with a chauffeur car and driver all year round, however as this is one of our busiest periods we kindly ask that you book well in advance in order to guarantee availability.

 

What if I’m unable to find your driver?

In the unlikely event that you can’t find the driver, you must call us immediately on 07930 606081 and await further instructions.

 

Do you charge for waiting times?

The first 10 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 15 minutes increments at the rate published in our Tariff.

Note that Airport Transfers are subject to our published time allowance.

 

Will I be charged for cancellations?

If you provide us with 24 hours of notice of your cancellation there will be no charge.

However if you fail to or are unable to provide adequate notice charges do apply. Please refer to our terms and conditions for cancellation charges.

 

Is smoking allowed in your cars?

Following PCO regulations smoking is forbidden in all Private Hire Vehicles.

 

Can I make alterations to my itinerary?

Minor itinerary adjustments are free of charge.

The company at its own discretion will determine the nature of any adjustments and alter the charges accordingly.

We provide you with the latest models of the Mercedes E Class and S class and the Mercedes Viano for larger groups. Please refer to our vehicles page for more information.
